Licensed Massage Therapist
We are looking for a qualified and experienced massage therapist to join our team at Skin & Sage, NE Seattle’s sustainable self care spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will be able to provide a relaxing and therapeutic massage experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of massage services to clients, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and hot stone massage
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Participate in social media content creation
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform administrative tasks as needed
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Certified massage therapist with a valid license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills

Spa Operations Manager
Front of House Duties include:
- Greet, check-in & check-out guests
- Maintain clean & well stocked beverage area
- Maintain pleasant patio & reception area, including aromas and music
- Respond to guest inquiries & calls
- Be well versed in retail products, services, and membership offerings
- Assist with clerical and operational tasks as required
- Perform opening and closing duties
Back of House Duties include:
- Properly clean & sanitize spa brushes and utensils, keeping a fresh supply in stock
- Manage spa laundry, keeping a fresh supply of linens in stock
- Ensure bathrooms & kitchen remain well stocked with disposable items (toilet paper, towels, feminine products, soap, coffee, etc)
- Ensure basement, kitchen, and bathrooms are kept tidy
- Manage trash thru out spa, taking it out as needed and at end of day
- Record inventory of disposed back bar products at end of day
Available Shifts, Tuesday thru Sunday:
- 9am-1pm
- 1pm-4:30
- 4:30-8pm

- Consulting with clients to understand their desired look and recommend the best services for their needs.

- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work station, following all sanitation protocols.
- Offering hand and foot massages for an extra touch of luxury.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest nail trends and techniques.
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.
